Monster Worldwide offers health care coverage for employees and their eligible dependents; including same and opposite sex domestic partners.
Medical Insurance
Three comprehensive medical plan options are available through UnitedHealthcare. We offer two Consumer Driven Health Plans and a more traditional co-pay PPO Plan. All three plans allow you the freedom to seek care without referrals and offer the same level of medical services; however coverage amounts (deductibles, copays/coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums) vary by plan. Employees residing in California also have the option of a Kaiser HMO Plan.
Monster pays the majority of the cost of the medical insurance.
Dental Insurance
Comprehensive dental coverage options through Aetna and Delta Dental. Both plans offer limited orthodontia coverage for eligible covered dependents.
Vision Insurance
Provided through Vision Service Plan (VSP), it offers coverage for eye exams, lenses, frames and contact lenses, and discounts on laser vision correction. Co-pays and limits vary by service type.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Monster offers its employees the choice of four different Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) covering healthcare, dependent care, transportation and parking. These accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses.
