Life and AD&D Insurance
We believe all employees should have a basic level of life insurance protection. Basic Life Insurance/AD&D, equal to the employee’s annual base salary, is provided at no cost to all employees. Commissioned Sales Representatives are covered at 2.5 times their annual base salary. Employees may also purchase additional voluntary term life insurance coverage for their dependents at group rates.

Disability Insurance
Nobody anticipates having an accident or injury. Monster provides short- and long-term disability plans, which are 100% company paid. These plans offer protection against income loss when illness, injury or pregnancy prevents an employee from working.

Auto and Home Insurance Discount Program
Monster employees receive special discounted rates on auto, home and tenant insurance through Liberty Mutual’s Group Savings Plan.
