Monster Worldwide 401(k) Savings Plan
We believe that all employees should have a savings vehicle that allows for them to plan for their future retirement needs. Monster Worldwide offers a 401(k) Savings Plan with a broad range of investment options including a self-directed brokerage option.
Employees are able to invest 1% to 50% of their eligible earnings on a pre-tax basis. On a quarterly basis, Monster provides a company match, equal to 50% of the first 6% that employees contribute to the plan.
Monster also understands that employees need investment advice to help guide their choices between the various funds offered through the Plan. GuidedChoice Advice is offered for all employees, free of charge. Through GuidedChoice, employees are given personalized investment advice on how much to save, which specific funds to select from the funds offered in the plan, and how much to invest in each of the funds.
