Monster Finance Development Program
Monster is looking for a few innovative, high-performing graduates for its Finance Development Program. If you’re flexible, driven and fun-loving, we just could be that finance program you’ve been looking for.
The Finance Development Program consists of three rotations over a two-year period; each rotation lasting eight months. You’ll learn new things everyday, but these rotations are not just training. Your work is real, critical to Monster’s success and visible to our senior leadership.
As you move through the different areas of Monster finance department, you’ll sharpen your skills and develop a strategic perspective on how finance impacts our success. You’ll interact with senior leadership and work with Monster’s best finance professionals.
Your specific rotations will take place in Boston, Milwaukee or New York, and depend on your interests and Monster’s needs with an eye towards your professional development. Rotations will cover critical areas within our finance organization, including
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- External Consolidations, Global Reporting
- Treasury/Cash Flow Analysis, Currency Hedging
- Corporate Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions Analysis
- Accounting, Transaction Support
At the program’s completion, you’ll move into a full-time role matching your skills and interests with Monster’s needs. Requirements:
- BA in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Math, or Statistics
- Minimum G.P.A. of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated analytical and leadership abilities, initiative and perseverance.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal professional growth
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Eligible for full-time, indefinite employment in the United States.
