The Monster Diversity Leadership Program
The Monster Diversity Leadership Program (DLP) is a series of weekend events held to empower college students as they transition into the workplace. Accepted students build critical life and career skills including resume writing, interviewing techniques and diversity awareness. The events are free to students, thanks to a partnership with over 40 leading employers.

Approximately 3,000 top college students from diverse backgrounds participate each year. Students can choose from nine event locations - New York City, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Francisco and Tampa. To learn more, please call 1-800-MONSTER, ext 6333.
