Monster is a fast-paced and energetic company that focuses industry defining technology to drive business objectives and innovation. Our technologies organization -- Monster Technology -- is comprised of different groups that work together to support Monster Worldwide businesses on a global basis.
Technology Services provides global support to Monster customers and internal business partners through the following functional areas: Monster Global Products Help Desk, Global Networking & Operations, Web Services, Monster Professional Services, Monster Implementation Services North America and Internal Infrastructure.
Product Engineering supports product development and customer-facing development for Monster Worldwide globally. The group supports product development activities for Monster in seven development centers (Maynard, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, India, Prague, and Malaysia). All of Monster’s international sites are supported by Product.These properties include our Internet Advertising & Fees properties (MonsterTRAK, FastWeb, Military, Tickle, MIC, etc). The group is comprised of 200+ people globally supporting development and quality assurance for the Monster family of products.
Architecture and Program Management is responsible for governance of the site data, driving consistent architecture through the site, business applications and designing, and implementing an information warehouse. In addition, the Program Management office allows for the coordination of multiple projects on a global basis. Disaster Recovery is also housed in this group.
Business and Strategic Systems works with our internal business partners. This group is responsible for providing a consultative and systematic approach to development, maintenance and enhancement of the software used inside Monster Worldwide. This includes our sales management, accounting and human resource systems, as well as internal reporting databases, time tracking and various other inward-facing applications.
