Innovation
In the Product group, we oversee, coordinate, partner with, question and query customers, industry analysts, and members of our sales, marketing, customer service, research and pricing teams in order to understand the market and corresponding business opportunities. From there, we propose new Monster solutions and products.

Prioritization
Each solution/product is assessed along two dimensions — attractiveness and cost. The best ideas then rise to the top, are executed on, and they are brought to market.

Realization
We then look at how the product/solution is performing in the market and determine adjustments to improve Monster’s outcomes against each product line.
