Monster Customer Central is a 24x7, day-to-day business operation that provides inbound and proactive customer service and support for Monster Customers. Each day is a new challenge that requires managing across many different fronts: Customer satisfaction, operational measures, cost, employee and client satisfaction.
In addition, we provide back office support and other services for various groups within Monster such as Fraud and Telemarketing. Our key stakeholders are customers, clients (Sales and other internal groups), employees and shareholders.
